ABOUT CHEF EYAL SHANI
Chef Eyal Shani, born in Jerusalem in 1959, first learned to appreciate produce under the guidance of his agronomist grandfather.
Shani’s cooking is guided by a deep respect for ingredients and a belief that the most beautiful food is often the simplest - letting a perfect tomato, a warm pita, or a piece of fish speak for itself.
Through each plate, he shares a personal way of cooking that celebrates the quiet beauty of the ingredients and the land they come from.
